Price list for private insurance and self-pay patients
The remuneration rates listed apply to all treatments that begin on or after the stated effective date. They relate in particular to:
In the first treatment session, a brief assessment is usually carried out and is billed separately.
Payment for treatment is made directly between you and our practice. Any reimbursement by your private or statutory health insurance is independent of this. Please clarify with your payer before treatment begins whether and to what extent costs are covered.
Treatment costs must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If this deadline is exceeded, default interest may be charged at the statutory rate.
Billing for therapeutic services is carried out directly with your statutory health insurance provider, provided a valid medical prescription is presented.
Statutorily insured patients are – unless exempt – obliged to pay a co-payment. This amounts to:
The co-payment is due on the day of the first treatment. You will receive a receipt.
Our practice operates an appointment system. The agreed treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please cancel appointments you cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer the slot to someone else.
If an appointment is not cancelled, or is cancelled too late, we may invoice you for the remuneration allocated for you (no-show fee). Any expenses saved will of course be taken into account.
If no valid therapy prescription is presented at the first appointment, treatment costs may be charged as a self-pay service. If no treatment takes place, a standby / provision fee in the amount of the corresponding statutory rate may be charged.
For the provision of treatment and billing, your personal data is stored and processed in our practice IT system. This includes in particular your contact details, diagnoses, prescriptions and the services provided.
If there are medical questions, we may contact your treating physician in order to clarify the content of the prescription and the course of therapy.
If claims are assigned to a debt collection company, the necessary treatment and billing data may be transferred for this purpose (e. g. list of services provided, treatment data, name and address).
These provisions apply to all statutory and private medical prescriptions that you submit to our practice. They also apply to all treatments provided without a medical prescription as alternative practitioner services.
The terms apply both to the initial treatment and to all follow-up appointments.
Before therapy begins, your physician should have informed you in an understandable way about your condition, the planned measures, as well as the benefits and possible risks of treatment.
As part of physiotherapy, we carry out a medical history and assessment. If this results in a need for further information, your therapist will inform you and discuss suitable measures with you.
You will also receive guidance on how you can support the healing process through your own measures (e. g. exercises, self-training, behavioural recommendations).
